Terms of Use

CloseMore is currently available as a Beta Release application. These are lightweight initial Terms of Use applicable to the Beta phase. Comprehensive Terms will be published at general availability.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CloseMore Beta, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding agreement between you and Tech Applied Well Technologies (TAW). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Beta Nature of the Product
CloseMore is a Beta Release. Features may change or be removed without notice. The platform is provided "as is" during this phase. We welcome your feedback as we continue development.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at: taw.operations@techappliedwell.in.
4. Acceptable Use
When using CloseMore, you must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the platform
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
- Collect or harvest data from the platform without authorisation
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to CloseMore. TAW does not claim ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant TAW a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Intellectual Property
CloseMore, its name, design, and software are the property of TAW. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
TAW provides CloseMore Beta without warranties of any kind. TAW is not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform during the Beta phase.
8. Termination
TAW may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by writing to: taw.operations@techappliedwell.in.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting: taw.operations@techappliedwell.in. This is the sole contact address for legal and support matters during the Beta phase.
