CloseMore is currently available as a Beta Release application. This is a lightweight initial Privacy Policy applicable to the Beta phase. A comprehensive version will be published at general availability.

CloseMore is a product of Tech Applied Well Technologies (TAW), a technology company based in India. We operate CloseMore as an AI-powered sales intelligence platform.

We collect the following when you use CloseMore:
- Account information you provide (name, email, company, role)
- Sales and pipeline data you enter or import
- Usage data (features accessed, pages visited, session activity)

- Communications you log (notes, call records, emails within the platform)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide, operate, and improve CloseMore; to personalise your experience; to ensure security; and to send service updates. We do not sell your data.
4. Who We Share It With
We share data with trusted service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements. We do not share your data for third-party marketing without consent.
5. Your Rights

6. Data Security
We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls. As a Beta product, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage. You may manage cookies through browser settings.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active and removed from active systems within 30 days of account deletion.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
